The service

PitiPiwPiw lets you create a small page — text, a photo, and one voice or video note — linked to a QR sticker. Whoever scans the QR can open that page.

Your account

You sign in with your email via a one-time link or code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity that happens under your account.

Your content and its visibility

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it so the service works (for example, converting media and serving your published page).

Treat everything you publish as public. A published page can be opened by anyone who has its QR or link. Secret-code protection limits a page to people you give the code to, but it is not secure or encrypted storage — so do not upload anything private, sensitive, or that you would not be comfortable sharing. You publish at your own risk.

You alone are responsible for what you publish. Do not upload anything illegal or infringing, anything that violates someone else’s rights or privacy, or anything used to harass or harm others. PitiPiwPiw does not pre-screen user content and is not responsible or liable for content that you or other users create. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, but we are not obliged to monitor.

Publishing is (almost) permanent

After you publish a page, you can make a small number of edits (currently up to three), after which the page is frozen. This is intentional — the product is about fixing a moment. Please review carefully before publishing.

Payments

The first sticker is free. Paid sticker packs are a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Prices are shown in the app and processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The PitiPiwPiw name, app, design, and templates belong to the Operator. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

Service “as is” and liability

We work to keep PitiPiwPiw reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content, for how published pages are used or shared, or for any loss resulting from content you chose to make public. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant sticker.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change and significant changes will be highlighted. Governing law is set out in the Operator details below.
